Motivation & Taking Action

Sometimes taking action is what you need to do. Just getting S$&@ done!

(Well – that’s what I’ve been telling all my friends lately when they ask me how I am). haha

I’m assuming if your reading this you maybe looking for some motivation. Well, you have came to the right place.

See motivation is infectious. Once you start you just can’t stop.

If you are suffering from mental health issues, they will always be there. I get that.

But don’t you feel a little better when you take action?

Don’t you feel better when you don’t dwell on your problems?

Simple things like:

– doing the dishes

– brushing your hair

– taking a shower

– doing the laundry

…are all things you can do right away to make yourself feel better.

Being motivated propels you forward. With each step that you take forward you gain more and more momentum. Pretty soon being motivated is a daily norm and you don’t struggle from some of the issues that you once struggled with.

So just a simple post today. Just start taking action, you’ll feel better for it…

And just remember the motto “to take one day at a time.”
